Thank you so much, red. After doing what you suggested, IPMsg is now present no matter which user logs on. I'll just add that - using the 'Switch User' option causes something called a Bind()error=10048. If, however, a user logs off fully before switching to a different user, this error is avoided and IPMsg will then load properly. Thanks again for your help.
