In win 7, move the IPMsg shortcut from "C:\Users\***USERNAME***\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" to "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup".
In XP, move the IPMsg shortcut from "C:\Documents and Settings\***USERNAME***\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" to "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup".
