ex) 10.191.0.0/16 -> 10.191/255.255
But many router don't allow directed broadcast, it will be required to contact your network administrator.
ex) CISCO router requires to add "ip directed-broadcast" command. (and some FW requires "ip broadcast-address <directed-broadcastaddress>" command.)
